Prolonged, and most importantly, uncontrolled intake of such drugs can disrupt the carbohydrate metabolism and provoke the development of diabetes.

I must say that people who eat a lot of sweets, long before the onset of diabetes, have a harbinger of it – a hypoglycemic condition associated with a decrease in blood sugar.
